Disneyland Paris Hotel by Dooney & Bourke
The Disneyland Paris Disneyland Hotel Collection by Disney Dooney & Bourke was released in January 2024, in conjunction with the reopening of the hotel.
The collection includes three silhouettes: a satchel, crossbody bag, and handbag.
The bags feature an allover design of the Disneyland Paris Disneyland Hotel clock featuring Mickey Mouse on a elegant blue background.
The story of the Disneyland Hotel begins back in 1992, when it opened as the fairy-tale gateway to Disneyland Paris. With its soft pink façade, gingerbread trim, and Victorian-inspired elegance, it was designed to make guests feel as though they were stepping into a storybook before even passing through the turnstiles of Disneyland Park. For years, it served as the crown jewel of the resort — a place where chandeliers glimmered, characters greeted visitors in velvet-lined hallways, and the gentle tick-tock of a rather famous clock kept magical time over the entrance. It wasn’t just a hotel; it was the prologue to every guest’s adventure.
Then came one of the grandest transformations in Disney history. After closing in 2020, the hotel slumbered like a royal castle awaiting its next chapter. On January 25, 2024, the Disneyland Hotel reopened, reimagined as a five-star celebration of Disney royalty, complete with sumptuous new décor, enchanting dining, and immersive experiences fit for princes, princesses, and anyone with a dream in their heart. And presiding over it all is the beloved Mickey Mouse clock.
The Mickey Mouse clock perched above the entrance of the Disneyland Hotel is one of its most charming features — a golden, Victorian-styled timepiece centered around Mickey’s smiling silhouette. Set against the hotel’s rosy façade, the clock feels like a cheerful welcome to every guest, with Mickey’s pose cleverly echoing the motion of the clock hands.
