Donald Duck 90th Anniversary by Disney Dooney & Bourke

Happy birthday, Donald! Donald Duck is celebrating his 90th anniversary this year in 2024, and to coincide with this milestone, the Donald Duck 90th Anniversary 2024 Collection by Disney Dooney & Bourke was released on Disney Store and at Disney Parks on June 18, 2024. It was previously released on Disney Store Japan on June 4, 2024. 

Donald Duck’s 90th anniversary celebrates his debut on June 9, 1934, in “The Wise Little Hen.” Over the decades, Donald has appeared in so many roles. Beloved for his fiery temper, distinctive voice, and humorous antics, Donald remains a timeless character. His relatability, resilience, and the blend of frustration and charm continue to endear him to audiences of all ages, securing his place in popular culture.

The colorful all-over pattern features a collage-style print of pictures, buttons, and photos of Donald in many of his roles, including from The Three Caballeros and more! 

The collection features a bright orange interior fabric lining and brown leather finishings with a light blue edging. 

The Donald Duck Birthday Dooney and Bourke Collection comes in four silhouettes: a satchel, crossbody bag, tote bag, and wristlet wallet. The three handbags each include a removable leather hangtag with “Disney Donald Duck 90.”

All four silhouettes were released at Disney Parks. However, the tote bag was not released at Disney Store US, and the satchel was not released at Disney Store Japan.
