Frozen 10th Anniversary by Dooney & Bourke

Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Frozen, the Frozen 10th Anniversary Collection by Dooney and Bourke was released on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

The collection celebrates the beloved animated film with a decade of enchanting audiences worldwide. The animated masterpiece, released in November 2013, continues to captivate hearts with the tale of the sisters from Arendelle, Elsa and Anna. With iconic songs like “Let It Go,” Frozen remains a cultural phenomenon, showcasing the enduring magic of sisterhood and self-discovery.

The handbags feature artwork by Frozen visual development artist Griselda Sastrawinata-Lemay. The collection includes a crossbody bag, wristlet wallet, and backpack. 

The backpack showcases Elsa front and center in a dramatic geometric design. She is wearing her blue gown and holding the number “10” for the 10th anniversary.

Meanwhile, the crossbody features an allover portrait design of: Elsa, Anna, Kristof, Sven and Olaf. Each character’s portrait is enclosed with frame that represents them. For example, Anna’s has her signature floral design, Olaf’s has snowflakes and Sven’s has carrots.

The bags include a circular hang tag embossed with “Disney Frozen 10th.” The bags also feature a blue background with blue leather finishings and light blue piping.

 About the artist:

Griselda Sastrawinata-Lemay, also known as Griz, (Associate Production Designer on Walt Disney Animation Studio’s Wish) is from Jakarta, Indonesia. She joined Walt Disney Animation Studios in 2015, and first contributed her talents as a visual development artist to the award nominated feature, Moana. She recently led the costume designs for the character Anna in Frozen 2 and also served as character design lead for the animated holiday featurette, Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, designing new costumes for the beloved characters of Frozen and residents of Arendelle.
