Mulan 20th Anniversary

The Mulan 20th Anniversary Collection by Disney Dooney & Bourke was released on June 24, 2018 in celebration of the classic Disney animated feature film’s 20th anniversary. 

Mulan was released in 1998 and was the 36th Disney animated feature. The film was based on the folk legend of Hua Mulan. The legend tells of Mulan taking her father’s place during a time of conscription to fight in the Chinese army against Northern invaders. 

This collection includes three silhouettes and two different designs. The silhouettes include a tote bag, crossbody bag and wristlet. The tote bag’s design features a portrait of Mulan and Mushu on the front and the back features a portrait of Mulan in her Ping soldier disguise with Mushu.

The allover print can be found on the other two silhouettes and includes images of Mulan and Mushu along with blossoms and more! 

The bags have black leather finishings with contrast stitching and pink edging. 

The crossbody bag and tote bag both come with a removable leather hangtag. The black hangtag is embossed with “Mulan 20th Anniversary” and an image of a dragon on the front.

The back of the hangtag is embossed with “Disney Princess Dream Big Princess.”
