The Peter Pan Dooney & Bourke collection was first released on December 28, 2021 on Disney Store Japan. The collection came to the United States on Monday, March 21, 2022.
Inspired by Disney’s classic 1953 animated feature Peter Pan, this collection of handbags features:
- Peter Pan
- Tinker Bell
- Wendy Darling
- John Darling
- Michael Darling
- The Lost Boys
The tote features vintage Walt Disney Studios storybook art scene of Peter Pan, the Darling children, Tinker Bell and the Lost Boys in Neverland. The scene is repeated on the both sides of the tote bag. Meanwhile, the satchel features an all-over print of Peter, Wendy, Michael, John and Tinker Bell flying to Neverland. This allover print is also featured on the bottom of the tote bag.
The collection has brown leather finishings with contrast stitching and bright green edgings. Additionally, the bags are lined in bright green fabric. The Peter Pan collection includes three silhouettes: a zippered tote bag, a crossbody and a zippered satchel.
All three silhouettes include a leather embossed hangtag with the words “Disney Peter Pan.”

Nothing is ever “for sure” but I can say that there has not been a Japan-exclusive Disney Dooney & Bourke for 10 years so it’s very likely coming to the U.S.
