Aristocats 2022 by Disney Dooney and Bourke

Everybody wants to be a cat! The Aristocats 2022 Dooney & Bourke Collection was released on Disney Store on Monday, December 5, 2022

The Aristocats Dooney & Bourke 2022 Collection is the latest in the Disney Dooney and Bourke Artist Series. The design features the artwork of Ann Shen.

The Aristocats was released in 1970. It tells the story of a family of aristocratic cats that is helped by a street cat. The group of felines go on so many adventures together.

This collection follows on the heels of Ann Shen’s popular Aristocats Home Collection.

Ann Shen is a best-selling illustrator and author, who works regularly with Disney. Her work has been exhibited at Disney’s Wonderground Gallery.

This collection shares a similar style to the home collection. The artwork for the satchel and shoulder bag features the three kittens, Marie, Berlioz and Toulouse, on an allover pattern.

Additionally, the artwork includes pink roses and thin blue ribbons against a white background.

Meanwhile, the tote bag features a scene of Thomas O’Malley, Duchess and the three kittens sitting together on a blue armchair. Framing them are pink roses with green leaves.  

The handbags feature brown leather finishings. And they include a removable leather hangtag with “Disney x” and the artist Ann Shen’s signature. 

The collection includes three different silhouettes: a tote, a satchel and a hobo bag.
