Disney World Skyliner Dooney and Bourke 2021

What’s that up in the sky? It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No, it’s the 2021 Walt Disney World Skyliner collection by Dooney & Bourke flying into Disney World. The Skyliner Dooney and Bourke Collection was released on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Walt Disney World Resort and on Disney Store.

You’ll be riding high everywhere you go with these Dooney & Bourke handbags featuring a whole host of Disney and Pixar characters in the Disney Skyliner’s colorful gondolas. The flightful design will give your day a lift as you look forward to your next journey aboard Walt Disney World’s Skyliner aerial transportation system.

This is the second Disney by Dooney and Bourke collection that highlights the Skyliner. The first collection debuted last year in July 2020 and featured Mickey and Friends, enjoying their own ride on the Skyliner gondolas.

The latest Disney Skyliner Collection includes two silhouettes: a tote bag and a satchel. The adorable print features some of our favorite Disney and Pixar characters riding in Walt Disney World Skyliner gondolas in various colors. 

The front of the Skyliner bags has characters from Peter Pan riding in an orange gondola, Ratatouille in a light green gondola, The Haunted Mansion in a purple gondola, The Pirates of the Caribbean in a red gondola, Winnie the Pooh in a green gondola and Moana in a sea green gondola.

On the back are Frozen characters in a light blue gondola, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in a lavender gondola,  Beauty and the Beast in a dark blue gondola, Stitch in a yellow gondola, Toy Story in an dark orange gondola, and The Princess and the Frog in a teal gondola.

Additionally, the background depicts a blue cloud-filled sky with dark blue silhouettes of palm trees and iconic rides from Walt Disney World, like the Tower of Terror and Spaceship Earth. The handbags are trimmed with brown leather finishings with contrast stitching.

The satchel features the same wraparound print as the tote bag. Additionally, the satchel includes brown leather finishings with contrast stitching and light blue piping, including braided leather exterior zipper pulls, an adjustable, removable crossbody strap, and leather trim along the bottom of the bag. Also, the satchel is fully lined, possesses goldtone hardware, interior pockets and an interior key hook, and metal feet on the bottom of the satchel. 

Unlike the tote bag, printed on the bottom of this Dooney and Bourke Skyliner bag is a special detail, the “Disney Skyliner” logo in blue print on a light blue background.
