I have the hip pack, I bought it last year thinking I would go to Disney World this year. Unfortunately, I don’t remember how to get it adjusted around my waist. Can you help?
@Valerie There are 2 rings on each side. Twist them so the strap is pointing towards the back of the bag. Then adjust the crossbody strap will go around your waist so just adjust the strap length using the buckles to the fit around your waist.
